Our Planning Services

Jon Tweddell Planning provides planning advice and town planning consultancy to all sectors of the market. Most of our work is collating planning applications and planning appeals, though a wide range of other services are available. Using experience gained in the public sector our remit is normally to maximise the value of a site by gaining planning permission for new development. We are planning consultants covering Newcastle, Northumberland and the wider North East region that you can trust.

We offer a wide range of services and can help collate and submit all relevant planning submissions including planning applications, listed building consents, planning and enforcement appeals and lawful development certificates.

We can also provide general advice on feasibility and also provide specialist reports such as Planning Statements, Design and Access Statements and Heritage Statements. In addition, we now offer surveying work.

We understand that every client is individual and that their needs are specific to their business and their site. Initial discussions are always held to find out the clients aims and requirements, then the work is geared to achieving those aims. The business services are very flexible to a client’s bespoke needs and we can be as involved as the client requires.
