Jon Tweddell Planning provides planning advice to all sectors of the market. We are Planning Consultants covering Newcastle, Northumberland and the wider North East region but we do have a growing portfolio of work in other regions including Leicestershire and the South East.

Our North East Planning Services

Most of our work is collating planning applications, though a wide range of other services are available, including Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements. The planning applications we lodge vary in type and scale. We undertake work in all sectors including residential, commercial, tourism and farm diversification. We also work with a range of clients from small self-builders to strategic housing developments and large-scale holiday parks.

Client Focussed Planning Applications

Using experience gained in the public sector our remit is normally to maximise the value of a site by gaining planning permission for new development. We understand that every client is individual and that their needs are specific to their business and their site. Initial discussions are always held to find out the clients aims and requirements, then the work is geared to achieving those aims. The business services are very flexible to a client’s bespoke needs and we can be as involved as the client requires.
