KFC, Towergate, Milton Keynes

This project is for a new KFC drive through on a site on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. JT Planning are coordinating a planning application that includes a wide range of disciplines including ecology, highways, landscape architecture and noise. The site is on an edge-of-centre location therefore there is also a requirement to undertake a sequential test to consider retail and town centre planning policy – we will undertake this work and collate and lodge a detailed planning application.
