Holiday Park, Longframlington

JT Planning were instructed to undertake planning and surveying work for a major holiday park proposal comprising 40 units of accommodation. The initial work included a topographical survey to provide detailed levels and site features. The site is a disused quarry on an elevated position on the edge of Longframlington. The planning application, which was prepared by JT Planning, included detailed assessments around planning policy, landscape impact, highways, ecology and drainage. The scheme received outline planning permission in 2019.
