Dirty Bottles & Oscars, Alnwick, Northumberland

We were appointed to oversee the planning stages of this project in central Alnwick, Northumberland. The Dirty Bottles is a popular restaurant and bar with high-end accommodation above. The client acquired an adjoining building to extend into, a former night club known as ‘Oscars’. All buildings are Grade II listed and within a prominent position within the Alnwick Conservation Area. The overall plan was to refurbish the existing buildings, extend into the adjoining, vacant building and extend out to the rear. JT Planning collated and lodged the planning and listed building submissions. All applications were successful.
