It is great to see the plans we get approved come to life on site. Coquet Moor House is a residential property near the river in Warkworth. JT Planning were appointed to do a planning application for a substantial extension, more than doubling the size of the original house. It was also made more difficult in that the original property is traditional and the client was keen to do an extension that was ultra-modern.
We think it is a great outcome showing a clear distinction between old and new architectural styles.
