Coquet Enterprise Park

These proposals are for 51 rental properties on the edge of a business park in Amble. Particularly challenging given the industrial surroundings. The Applicant, Arch Hus is a joint venture between Arch Development Projects Ltd and Trivselhus who design, manufacture and assemble low energy, timber framed dwellings.

Using pre-fabrication construction methods developed by Scandinavians over the last 50 years, the houses are designed to have minimal energy consumption whilst maximising the availability of light and space.
