Upper Callerton, Newcastle upon Tyne

JT Planning are advising a developer in respect of their landholding which forms part of the Upper Callerton Neighbourhood Growth Area on the north-western outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne. We are advising on strategy and how to achieve planning permission. We have also been asked to provide a number of technical reports to help support a planning application. The land is allocated for new housing within the Core Strategy and Urban Core Plan for Gateshead and Newcastle upon Tyne and it is expected that a detailed planning application will be submitted later in the year.
