JT Planning has been successful in achieving planning permission for a new bar and restaurant within Newcastle’s City Centre. The site on Hood Street has been acquired by Mordue Brewery who is one of the UK’s most successful craft breweries of the last 20 years. JT Planning were able to secure permission for the change of use of the site from a building society and agree external works to the building. Advertisement consent was also granted for new signage.
The site lies within the Central Conservation Area and is positioned between two neighbouring properties that are both Grade II listed buildings.
