A housing development comprising 20 new homes, 10 new-builds plus 10 from the conversion of a historic building next to Alnwick Castle Gardens. The development was for Ascent Homes.
The project pulled together a number of disciplines to ensure that the planning application was supported by the council. Disciplines included heritage, architecture, drainage, contamination and ecology. Planning permission was granted in 2017.
